Asset allocations in emerging markets

Check out this CFA Singapore seminar on asset allocations in emerging markets, which is taking place in Singapore this Thurs morning on 29 July. I’ll be attending, as speakers include Larry Speidell, CEO and chief investment officer of Frontier Market Asset Management and Steve Xu, chief representative, China of the Economist Group.

There should be good discussions on how the weak economic conditions in Europe are providing positive alternative investment-opportunities in emerging markets, the sovereign ratings trends in Asia and how to use ETF for asset allocation to get exposure in these markets. (It also counts for 3.5 credit hours for CFA Singapore members, which I’m pleased about!) There is more info on the website CFA Singapore.
